I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional breakfast options and the generous portion sizes. it truly set the tone for my day. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the ample tea and coffee-making facilities, which made my mornings more enjoyable. it was a fantastic experience, and I would love to return for another visit.

The dampness in our room was unbearable, with condensation on the window each morning. It felt so stuffy and uncomfortable; I couldn't relax at all, especially with no heating.

Handy location in the local area again, I enjoyed it. And it was also just next door to nightlife, the garden, and town centre and train to Ely and Cambridge. The stuff was attentive & knowledgeable.

I got excellent value for my money with a clean, comfy room that had all the amenities I needed, including good Wi-Fi.
The breakfast menu could benefit from more vegan options.

The English breakfast was generous, had a wide range of options. The location of the hotel was convenient, near shops. And we were close to the town centre, pubs eating places town centre good and restaurants and pubs.

We would definitely recommend the place. The venue is fairly clean and reasonably large with friendly efficient and so very helpful staff members. The rooms are a nice size and brand-new and the English breakfast offered has variety of dishes.

The breakfast offered a choice of three sizes for the full English, with options for yogurts and fresh fruit. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. Brent's warm hospitality.
Noisy from traffic.

The breakfast had a good variety, with options that catered to different appetites, including generous portion sizes. The cleanliness standards in the room were high, a cute retreat after a long day.
Access to upper-level rooms involves a steep stairway, which can be a challenge with mobility issues. The shower's water pressure was a bit lacking, and noise disturbances from outside were noticeable at times, including the sounds of traffic and other guests early in the morning. There were limited toiletries and no air conditioning. Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty on some devices, affecting my ability to get online when needed.

A spacious room with quality linens and a neatly-maintained environment provided an excellent retreat. The staff efficiently catered to all dietary needs, with an excellent breakfast selection that ensured minimal waste. The atmosphere could have been more tranquil, as occasional disruption from outside noise was noted, and parking spaces were limited during peak times.
